Over the Easter break we hosted a 3 day retreat with one of the gurus in the Hare Krishna movement, His Grace Bhurijana Prabhu. On the Sunday the participants engaged in 8 hours of meditative chanting of the Hare Krishna maha mantra. The feed back we received told that many of the devotees found that their ability to meditate on their chanting had vastly improved.
This weekend we catered for the Pioneer Festival at Deans Marsh, which is a small town located 15 minutes from our farm. Although the weather proved to be rainy a lot of the day, many people still braved the conditions to come and try a plate of our delicious food which had been offered to Lord Krishna.
